A turbine positive displacement flowmeter is a device used to measure liquid or gas flow, which combines the principles of a turbine flowmeter and a positive displacement flowmeter. Turbine positive displacement flowmeter is based on the principle of turbine measurement, which measures the flow velocity and flow rate of fluid through the rotation of turbine blades. It usually consists of a turbine rotor with blades and a metering chamber. As fluid passes through the flowmeter, the velocity of the fluid causes the turbine blades to rotate at a rate proportional to the fluid velocity. The metering chamber is used to receive fluid and is divided into a series of fluid pulses of equal volume by rotating the turbine blades. The speed and frequency of the spinning turbine is directly proportional to the volume through which the fluid flows, so the flow rate can be determined by measuring the speed of rotation. During the measurement, the rotational speed of the blades on the turbine rotor is detected by sensors and converted into corresponding electrical signals. This electrical signal can be further converted into a flow value and output to a display or recorder. Turbine positive displacement flow meters offer high accuracy and stability and are suitable for a wide range of fluid types and industrial applications. It is widely used in petrochemical, liquefied gas, chemical engineering, water supply systems and other fields, and is especially suitable for flow measurement needs that require high precision and high stability.
